Silent Earth (SE) believes that individuality and personal happiness should be celebrated in conscientious organisations, which quickly leads to camaraderie and better team efficiency. Our process aligns with the natural process of opening up the self, then integrating the team synergy. We look up to ancient traditions of sound journeys, specific resonances to attune the body with the mind, movement related practices such as yoga, art therapy and silent sittings among others.​
Practitioners at SE perceive life through the lens of a free artist, having worked in corporate office before. We want to bring about a much ignored change rooted in positive experiential learning.
Genesis
SE is an offspring of Studio Rain Town, an art & healing space that travels with initiator Anshuman Srivastava, a former Learning & Development professional, who likes to play sounds. SE offers an opportunity to the modern day professional to lay still, appreciate slowness in life, and reconnect with their immediate people and surroundings that often go unnoticed.
